• E-mail correspondence – if you write to us, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message. The site has no contact form and no newsletter.
• Server logs – the hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) records technical data for each visit, including IP address, date and time, and browser information. They are used solely to keep the site running and secure.

3. Cookies and localStorage

This site does not store cookies or localStorage data. We do not use analytical, advertising, or tracking tools.

4. Legal basis for processing

• Responding to enquiries – Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR (contract performance or legitimate interest).
• Server logs – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: operation and security of the site).

5. Retention

Correspondence data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the matter, and no longer than 3 years. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider in line with its retention policy.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (uodo.gov.pl) or your local supervisory authority.
